Particology
THE CHALLENGE
Particology needed to grow their new business pipeline, and were looking for help communicating their highly technical science in a way that would help them stand out and showcase their expertise to their target audiences. They wanted a clear, professional marketing asset that could be used to generate leads, while also positioning them as trusted experts in their field.
As a highly specialised service provider to the pharma industry, Particology’s work is complex and nuanced, requiring a marketing partner who could truly understand the science as well as the communications goals. They needed a team who could seamlessly bridge that gap without oversimplifying their story, and ultimately deliver something they’d be proud to share with the world.
OUR APPROACH
We kicked things off with a narrative development workshop and messaging guidebook, defining Particology’s audiences, narrative, positioning, tone of voice and a clear messaging matrix. This laid the groundwork for the project and gave the team a strong foundation for their communications and marketing activities.
Then we started on the core of the work: developing an in-depth white paper that would position Particology as experts in their field. We worked closely with the team to:
- Identify the key messages that would matter most to their target audience
- Structure the content into a clear, logical flow
- Copywrite and edit the material to ensure clarity, accessibility and impact
- Translate complex technical science into content that was both accurate and engaging
- Oversee the design process in collaboration with our partner, Qube
By managing the project in house from end to end, we ensured the words and visuals came together seamlessly into a polished, high-value asset, without Particology needing to juggle multiple suppliers.
Throughout, we kept the project moving with quick turnarounds, flexibility, and a collaborative approach that made the process smooth and efficient.
The final white paper was not only visually striking and easy to read, but also showcased Particology’s expertise, positioning them as thought leaders and providing a lead-generation asset they can continue to use in future campaigns.
We believe in setting our clients up for success, so we went beyond the original scope by providing strategic advice on how to get the most value from this asset. We shared practical ways to extend the reach and impact of the content, ensuring Particology had clear next steps to continue building momentum as they grow.
