Depixus
THE CHALLENGE
OUR APPROACH
Over three years, we worked closely with Depixus’ scientific, commercial, and leadership teams to help them plan and deliver a wide-ranging programme of comms and marketing activities through our flexible points-based retainer.
This included:
- Developing marketing, comms and content strategy
- Crafting a bold company narrative and consistent messaging
- Create a diverse range of marketing assets
- Managing and posting on LinkedIn
- Writing press releases and media outreach
- Researching and writing regular blog posts and case studies
- Pitching and co-creating thought leadership articles
- Copy-editing conference posters
- Writing award entries
We took the lead and kept momentum by driving a constant flow of ideas, focusing on telling a bold narrative about their technology and its potential. This enabled us to keep up a consistent cadence of activities through a prolonged period of company change and strategy development.
As well as delivering a wide range of activities and providing on-tap advice and strategic direction, our flexible approach allowed Depixus to ramp up and down the level of support according to their changing needs.
Fortnightly online catch-ups and a firm hand on project management through Trello and email helped us all to stay on top of tasks, unblock bottlenecks, and plan ahead.
